OUR PROCESS
After placing an order via email or online, you will be provided with a mock up sheet containing your full order details. This mock up is just for reference, nothing is to size. If there are specific dimensions you would like anything printed, please advise.
After the mock up has been approved, we will start getting all the art files and garments ready. Please note, we cannot move into production until the mock up is approved.
Once your orders garments come into our facility, and artwork files have been printed on film- your order will move to production, and you will receive an email with an update on this status change.
A few days after you receive an email update- your order will be printed and shipped, a tracking number will be forwarded to your email. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS.
Our current turnaround time is posted and updated on our instagram bio. It does not include shipping time, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
Rush turnaround is available starting at $300. Order ships out in 1 week- If there is a certain date you need your order by, simply let us know. Applicable fees will be adjusted accordingly.
